I have a couple of pairs of the verloop slippers that go over the heel. I've had them for a few years and they've held up great! I bought these slides last winter, and they're just okay in comparison. The knit top stretches out pretty quickly, making them a bit of a trip hazard especially around stairs. I end up doing a lot of shuffling my feet around the house. There's also no distinction between left and right, which doesn't help the fit. These have been relegated to the backups of my backups, lol. All my slippers are in the smaller size, and I wear a US women's 7.5 in street shoes.
This won't stop me from purchasing in the future, but I'll be skipping this style next time.
