What is your return policy?

Sale merchandise and international orders are final sale. Regular returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt for a refund, minus a $10 restock/return shipping fee. 

Holiday extension: Holiday gift returns or exchanges may be initiated by the recipient until January 15, 2026. Gift returns receive store credit.

Returns must include original tags and packaging and be shipped back within 5 business days of receipt of return label. Items must be in new condition, free from damage, odors, and stains. Once your return is received, please allow 7 business days for it to be processed.


What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes or cancel our order, please contact orders(at)verloopknits.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Please include your order number and requested changes. Note that we are unable to edit or cancel orders that have already left our warehouse.

When will my order ship?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! We ship Monday to Friday, generally within 24 hours of your order. During sales and peak season (November/December), please allow up to 7-10 business days for orders to ship.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on US national holidays.

All orders ship from our US warehouse located in Maryland. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on contiguous US orders over $80. For orders below $80, carrier and service options are automatically displayed at checkout. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you can expect it to arrive within 2–6 business days.

For expedited shipping, we offer UPS and FedEx services at a calculated rate. Please note that expedited orders must be placed before noon EST to receive next-day delivery. Note that we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries once shipped via the UPS or FedEx network. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! 

We use the Global-E shipping service for all international orders. Global-E orders ship via DHL and will arrive in approximately 5–15 business days after the order leaves our US warehouse (actual transit time may vary depending on destination and unforeseen delays). Once the order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information that will enable you to track your package on the Global-E website.

Our international rates include all import fees, including customs, duties, and taxes applicable to the shipping destination. All shipping options and import fees will be displayed and charged at checkout, ensuring your order arrives with no additional charges. 

Please note:

  • International orders are final sale. Returns will not be accepted.

  • We are unable to cover the cost of or replace international parcels that go lost or missing during transit.

  • We are unable to combine orders for international shipping.

 

I'm sending a gift. Can you help?

Great! All orders are wrapped in branded tissue prior to shipping, and you can select more gift add-ons before you begin checkout. Look for the options at the bottom of your cart. Add a gift receipt for free, or a festive gift pouch and handwritten note for $5.

 

Help! My order is missing!

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the carrier or shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered” or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages once the order is handed over to the carrier. Please be sure to select a safe and secure shipping address at checkout. If you're unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, email us orders(at)verloopknits.com and we'll see what we can do to help!

Whoops! I received a damaged item!

We do our very best to quality-check every shipment, but occasionally mistakes do happen. If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at orders(at)verloopknits.com with details and photos of the product.

We will get back to you within 1-2 business days and organize either a replacement or a refund.
