What forms of payment do you accept?

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days via USPS priority mail from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC. All domestic orders (48 states) over $50 ship for free, while orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5. We also charge flat rates of $40 for domestic overnight delivery and $35 for standard delivery on international orders.

You will receive a shipment notification via email as soon as your order is shipped. For domestic orders, you can expect your order to arrive about 3-5 days after receiving shipment notification. Please contact sales@verloopknits.com with any other expedited shipping requests. 

What is your return policy?

First of all, we hope you LOVE all your Verloop purchases. In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or less than spectacular in any way, you can return unopened merchandise in original tags and packaging within 10 days for a full refund not including shipping and handling. Note that all sales are final on sale merchandise.

How do I return something?

Before returning or exchanging items, please email sales(at)verloopknits.com for a return authorization (RA) code. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges without this code. You must include this RA code in your shipment. Unless goods are damaged when you receive them, you will need to cover your own shipping charges.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to take care of you. We reserve the right to deny requests if the reasons for exchanges do not meet our return policy requirements.
