How do I care for my Verloop items?

For best results machine wash cold, gentle cycle, and lay flat to dry. For more specific care instructions per item, please refer to the product listings on our site.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes or cancel our order, please contact orders(at) as soon as possible after placing your order. Please include your order number and requested changes. Note that we are unable to edit or cancel orders that have already left our warehouse.

When will my order ship?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! We ship Monday to Friday, generally within 24 hours of your order. During our peak season (November/December), please allow up to 7-10 business days for orders to ship. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and on US national holidays. All orders ship from our US warehouse located in Maryland. You will receive a ship notification email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on contiguous US orders over $50. Orders below $50 ship for a flat rate of $10. Please expect your order to arrive within 2-6 business days.

For expedited shipping, we offer FedEx Standard Overnight service at a calculated rate. Please note that expedited orders must be placed before noon EST in order to receive the next business day. Note that we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries once shipped on the FedEx network. 

All carrier and service options are automatically displayed at check out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! And we offer reasonable rates to boot!

We ship the majority of our international orders through APC, an international postal logistics provider. We also offer FedEx International Priority. You will be asked to pay all applicable duties and taxes at the time of purchase, ensuring your package will arrive with no additional fees at delivery. Tracking information will be included in the confirmation email that is sent once the package ships.

For Canada orders, we ship via APC Expedited for a flat rate fee of $30 USD. Orders arrive between 3-7 business days.

For select EU countries, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong, we also offer APC Expedited for a flat rate of $35 USD for orders weighing 3 lbs or less. For orders over 3 lbs., a calculated rate will automatically display at check-out. As with all our international shipments, duties and taxes will be collected upfront.

All international sales are final.

I'm sending a gift. Can you help?

Great! Click the box next to 'Is this a gift?' in your cart before you begin checkout. Type your gift message and we'll include it as a handwritten note for free. Your gift will ship with a packing slip that does not display prices.

All orders are wrapped in branded tissue prior to shipping. If you want more festive packaging, we offer a branded gift pouch and ribbon for $5 per gift. You can select this add-on in your cart before you begin checkout.

Help! My order is missing!

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the carrier or shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered” or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages once the order is handed over to the carrier. Please be sure to select a safe and secure shipping address at checkout. If you're unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, email us orders(at) and we'll see what we can do to help!

Whoops! I received a damaged item!

We do our very best to quality-check every shipment, but occasionally mistakes do happen. If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at orders(at) with details and photos of the product.

We will get back to you within 1-2 business days and organize either a replacement or a refund.

What is your return policy?

Sale merchandise and international orders are final sale. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt for a refund minus a $10 restock/return shipping fee.

To start a return, please email orders(at) with your order number and which items you would like to return. If the return is authorized, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

Returns must include original tags and packaging and be shipped back within 5 business days of receipt of return label. Items must be in new condition free from damage, odors, and stains. Once your return is received, please allow 7 business days for it to be processed.
